Budapest to get congestion charge in 2010

The Budapest mayoral cabinet laid out a roadmap on Monday afternoon to introduce a congestion charge in the city from 2010.
A full proposal will be drawn up by May 31.
The charges are designed to reduce traffic jams, improve air quality and further the interests of cyclists and pedestrians.
